"Sailing" Through the School Day

What a wonderful day! Parents, thank you so much for your contributions! We had great weather to spend the morning on the water. Most of us got a chance to climb into a sailboat cabin, control the sail ropes, or even crawl up on top of the cabin. We learned that orange bouys on Lake Champlain mark ship wrecks. How neat! On shore, we made anemometers to check the wind speed and tested them a couple times so we had more accurate data! We learned so much and had a blast!
